I'd say it depends on your hair type, so go with what ever takes less time. If you go with the hair dryer just keep it on a low heat and towel dry it first, that will give you minimal damagee. Hope this helps. xWhich is more damaging to hair, flat Irons of Hair Dryers?
Well it all depends on if your hair is naturally curly or straight. What I would do is get a really good flat iron (T3 wet or dry, Line-a pro or chi) and let your hair naturally dry at night after taking a shower. If you like taking showers in the morning, get a hair dryer that is a ionic hair dryer, this will help prevent damage and fly aways and a flat iron like the T3 or line-a pro have ions also in them that will make your hair look VERY professional.
Actually, they are almost equally as damaging, becuase with the hair dryer you are pulling this way and that, and breaking hair at the ends. I reccomend letting it air dry (most of the way) and blow drying the roots for body, or styling however. Just so you dont have that much heat on it. I also reccomend this Got 2 Be product becuase its great! I use it and notice a difference. I put it in damp, then blow dry as usual.I also rlike this hot oil treatment- but no more than once a week if you have oily hair.

Flat iron since its directly applied to your hair and usually starts at around 150-180 degrees.
I feel like a flat iron would be worse since it's hotter than a hair dryer and you're putting it directly on your hair.
flat iron try the infiniti conair steam straightner -awsome=]
They both damage your hair
but flat irons are more damaging
Flat irons are worse. Always use a heat protectant spray or something. :)
