What do you think is worse for your hair? Flat ironing or sitting undera dryer?

I have coarse hair and it takes forever to dry. Sometimes I have my hair dresser flat iron it when it's partially dry. What do you think is worse for your hair? Flat ironing or sitting undera dryer?

they both have the same effects. they kill your hair roots. the flatiron dries and starightens your hair in a short time but the dryer only dries your hair and makes most frizzy. they both kill your hiar and dries it out until it gets to dry causing it to over heat and frizz. it's just in a different tyime frame.


i would suggest that you only straighten your hair for special occasions so your hair can be healthy most of the time. What do you think is worse for your hair? Flat ironing or sitting undera dryer?
it burns your hair when its still wet so i don't suggest doing that.





blow drying has the same effect but its better because its not one on one contact with the iron.
