Hi there. I'm not quite sure if you can order it from Japan but I got mine off of beautychoice.com. It really is the best deal on the CHI. I got mine in November and it was only about $80 which is about half off the original price and that's pretty darn good! It's the best place to find a CHI. And I'm sure the price has gotten lower but I'm not sure.
