hair dye. because it makes it all weird colors and it will just damage your hair. flat iron wont t anything bad. if it does you can fix that but you cant fix dyeing your hair.

I think flat ironing.. unless you use protective spray everytime you do it.


And some dyes can nourish your hair, I dye my hair all the time and its still in good condition.. Just be aware of which ones you use.

both but hair straightening wouldn't harm your hair as much as hair dye. use a protectant on your hair when straightening (like redken smooth down)
