What is the best hair flat iron to create curls?

the other day i saw a youtube video where someone curled their hair using a flat iron, the flat iron they used was the ozon naughty girl flat iron, but i was wondering if any of you guys know if this is the best one for that





its super cute, and has great reviews, but in the reviews it also says its not that great for curls so i was wondering...

A flat iron is for making the hair flat. It's not for making curls.





For that, you want a round curling iron. While you can use the rounded edges of a flat iron, you have to know what you are doing to do it well. But a curling iron works much better.





Remember to curl the hair, slip the iron out without disturbing the curl, and clip it in place. When it is cool, then take out the clip and play with the hair. When you pull it straight while it is still hot, the hair will go straight, or limp, or won't stay curled for long.





When you follow the rules, everything always works as it should.
just use a ';curling iron';, thats what its made for. =]

Ps. try this (my friend suggested it) : straighten your hair, let it cool and set, then curl your straightened hair then let it cool and set.
I have a zoe straightener. any straightener with curved edges will be good, oh and of couse it has to actually heat.
